Service Description

Imenko is a Croatian baby-names app. The service:

• Provides curated baby-name information compiled from publicly available sources
• Displays name meanings, origins, history, popularity, and name days
• Provides search and filtering capabilities
• Is regularly updated with new names and information

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access Imenko for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the app or on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the service

Data Sources and Accuracy

Imenko compiles information from publicly available reference and statistical sources, including:

• The Croatian Bureau of Statistics (Državni zavod za statistiku)
• Publicly available records of Croatian personal names
• Public reference works on name meanings, origins, and history

Subscription Terms

Imenko is free to download and use. A premium subscription, Imenko Pro, unlocks additional features.

Free and Premium Features:

• Imenko is free to download and use
• Core name browsing and search are available at no cost
• Additional premium features are unlocked with an Imenko Pro subscription
• You can explore the free features before deciding to subscribe

Imenko Pro Features:

• Full access to the complete names database
• Push notifications (such as name-day reminders and new content)
• Advanced search and filtering capabilities
• Regular updates with new names and information

Payment and Billing:

• Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the app before purchase
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

Cancellation:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Play Store settings
• Access to premium features continues until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time
• Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current billing period

Refunds:

• Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies
• For iOS: Apple Refund Policy
• For Android: Google Play Refund Policy

The materials in Imenko are provided on an 'as is' basis. Imenko makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Imenko does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials in the app, on its website, or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Limitations

In no event shall Imenko or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials in Imenko, even if Imenko or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
